STEP 3: Tell us your story by filling out this myINITIATIVE form

FORBYTO will conduct a financial and social assessment on your enterprise. If chosen as an initiative within this Purpose, spread the word to your local community to purchase a membership and select the myLOCAL purpose. Once the threshold above is reached, you will receive the funding you need.
